SECTION 10-120.   SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
Should any section, subsection, paragraph, subparagraph, clause, words, or provision of this Ordinance be declared by any Court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decisions shall not effect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so declared to be unconstitutional or invalid.
