Unconfined or unidentified dogs and canines and other Animals found at large as herein defined, shall be taken by the agents of the City and impounded in the Animal Shelter and there confined in a humane manner for a period of not less than five (5) working days and may thereafter be disposed of as provided in this Article and in Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 35.
