SECTION 4-619B.   POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ANIMAL OR POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS DOG.
The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office or the Animal Control Officer shall have initial authority to determine whether an Animal is a Potentially Dangerous Dog or a Potentially Dangerous Animal as defined in this Article and Minn. Stat. § 347.51, as amended. An Animal or Dog that has been deemed Potentially Dangerous shall be confined according to § 4-624. Notice will be provided to the Owner that the Animal or Dog has been deemed Potentially Dangerous.
