SECTION 8-400.   APPROVAL REQUIRED.
It shall be unlawful and punishable to record any instrument which creates a subdivision in the Anoka County Recorder or in Registrar of Titles office, unless:
   A.   The subdivision created has received approval as provided in this Chapter; or,
   B.   The subdivision is exempt from the provisions of this Chapter according to State Statute.
