SECTION 7F-110.   PURPOSE.
It is the purpose of this Ordinance to protect the public health, safety, and general welfare and to minimize those losses described in Section 7F-120. The jurisdiction, application, terms, and conditions of this Ordinance shall be liberally interpreted to protect the public health, safety, and general welfare.
