SECTION 7E-500   LOT AREA AND WIDTH STANDARDS.
After the effective date of this ordinance, all new lots must meet the minimum lot area and lot width detailed in this ordinance and subject to the following standards;
   A.   Only lands above the ordinary high water level can be use to meet lot area and width standards;
   B.   Lot width standards must be met at both the ordinary high water level and at the building line;
   C.   The sewer lot area dimensions can only be used if publicly owned sewer system services is available to the property;
   D.   Lake Minimum Lot Area and Width Standards:
      1.   General development lake- No sewer
