SECTION 7E-340. ABROGATION AND STRICTER PROVISIONS.

It is not intended by this Ordinance to repeal, abrogate, or impair any existing easements, covenants, or deed restrictions. Where this Ordinance is in conflict with other City ordinances, the stricter provisions shall prevail.
