Storm water management plans meeting the requirements of Article V above shall be submitted by the Zoning Administrator to the Planning Commission for review in accordance with the standards of Article VII below. The Commission shall recommend approval, recommend approval with conditions, or recommend denial of the storm water management plan. Following Planning Commission action, the storm water management plan shall be submitted to the City Council at its next available meeting. City Council action on the storm water management plan must be accomplished within 120 days following the date the application for approval is filed with the Zoning Administrator.
