If a storm water, surface water, or drainage alteration plan has already been approved by another reviewing governmental agency, then such plan shall be utilized by the City of Columbus in lieu of a duplicate application. Such plan shall be checked by the Zoning Administrator to determine its usefulness for the purposes of this Chapter. If such other plan is adequate, no other application or review process shall be required by the City . If no other plan has been prepared, then the applicant shall submit a plan which complies with this Chapter.
