A proposal to engage in any activity in a Wetlands Zone which is regulated by the Act or by this Chapter or by Chapter 7D shall be included in the application for a Zoning Permit pursuant to City Code § 7A-301. If the proposed activities in the Wetland Zone are approved, the approval shall be delineated as an attachment to the Zoning Permit. If the proposed activities are determined to have no impact on existing Wetlands, the Exemption Certificate shall be attached to the Zoning Permit.
