SECTION 7C-400. GENERAL RESTRICTION.

No burning, filling, draining, excavation or development shall take place in a Wetlands Zone unless permitted by the Act and this Chapter. A permit issued pursuant to the Act and this Chapter shall not relieve the permittee of the responsibility of complying with all other laws and ordinances.
