All definitions shall be determined by reference to the Act, to state regulations adopted pursuant to the Act, or to this City Code, and, otherwise, words and phrases shall have the meaning customarily assigned to them as a matter of general usage. All “Wetlands” shall be defined, investigated, identified, evaluated, and delineated in accordance with the provisions of the Act and any state regulations promulgated thereunder.
