SECTION 4-304.   COMPLIANCE WITH STATE ELECTRICAL CODE.
Prior to the opening of a carnival, the carnival applicant shall furnish to the Zoning Administrator in writing a certification form from the State Electrical Inspector of the State of Minnesota that the applicant complies with the electrical code.
