This Chapter of the Columbus City Code shall be known and may be cited as the “Sign Ordinance” of the City of Columbus, Minnesota, and as referred to herein as “this Ordinance.” The Sign Ordinance regulates the type, number, size, structure, height, lighting, erection, repair, location and maintenance of all outdoor signs within the City of Columbus; provides for the issuance of permits; and provides penalties for noncompliance and violation thereof.
