SECTION 1-101.   ADOPTION.
This code containing Chapters inclusive is a complete and comprehensive revision and compilation of the ordinances not previously published, and shall be known and may be cited as “The Code of Ordinances of the City of Columbus.” All previously passed ordinances not included herein are hereby repealed.
