SECTION 6-200.
   No person shall permit a vehicle under his or her ownership, operation, or control to be left parked and unattended on any public roadway in the City of Columbus for a period of more than four (4) hours, except under the following conditions:
   A.   The City Council may by resolution designate that parking is not permitted along certain public roadways during specific time periods or public events.
   B.   In approving the resolution allowing parking along designated public roadways, the City Council will determine that it is in the public’s interest and safety to deny parking along such roadways.
