SECTION 5-803. CURFEW PROCEDURES.

Any police officer, sheriff’s deputy, or other law enforcement officer, upon finding a minor in violation of this ordinance, shall notify the parents, guardian, or person having custody or control of such minor and shall also notify the juvenile authorities.
