A. The mayor shall appoint three of the members from the private sector and shall appoint the representative members from the police or fire department, the utility service department and the park and recreation department.
B. The common council shall appoint its member of the committee and shall also appoint two of the members from the private sector. Common council appointments will be made by the current council. (Ord. 4-2021 (part), 2021; Ord. 96-14 (part), 1996: prior code § 2-59)
