2.64.020 Chapter applicability.
   The penalties set forth in this chapter amend all specific or general penalty sections of the Columbus Municipal Code only as they relate to the specific offenses set out in Section 2.64.040. Otherwise, this chapter does not amend any penalty section of this code. (Ord. 90-16 § 2, 1990)
