2.38.010 Established.
   There is established a department of utilities to be controlled and operated by the utility service board, organized under Indiana Code 8-1.5-3 et seq. composed as follows:
   A.   Sewage utility;
   B.   Water utility. (Amended during 1994 codification: prior code § 2-40)
