The subdivision control ordinance was adopted herein by reference as if set forth in full. Consistent with the requirements of I.C. 36-7-4-701(b) and I.C. 36-7-4-610, two copies of the subdivision control ordinance are on file for public inspection in both the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer and the Office of the Plan Commission.
