15.20.070 Unsafe building fund.
   In accordance with Indiana Code, 36-7-9-1 through 36-7-9-28, the unsafe building fund is established in the operating budget of the department of code enforcement of the city. Such fund shall be administered in accordance with state statutes. (Prior code § 5-52)
