15.20.020 Purpose.
   The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the protection of life, limb, health, property, public safety and welfare of citizens; the abatement of unsafe premises by repair, vacation, sealing or the removal of an unsafe building in or upon unsafe premises; and the extermination of vermin in or about unsafe premises. (Prior code § 5-47)
