15.16.010 Permit required.
   No building shall be moved from one lot to another until a permit has been obtained from the chief code enforcement officer and the board of public works and safety, and such officer and board shall not issue such permit if in their judgment the proposed new location of the building would not conform to current codes. (Prior code § 5-40)
