15.04.150 Permit--Issuance and display.
   All permits shall be issued by the department. Construction shall commence only after receipt of the permit by the applicant, and upon prominent posting of the same on the construction site. All funds received by the department shall be timely deposited in the general fund of the city. (Prior code § 5-17)
