2.26.030 Community economic development fund established--Sources.
   The city establishes a community economic development fund, the moneys in which shall not revert to the general fund of the city at the end of fiscal years; and the department of community development may accept and place in such fund moneys from appropriations of the common council and grants from the federal government, from private donations and from any other source. (Prior code § 2-47)
