13.08.150 Inspection and examination of pipes and fixtures.
   A representative delegated for the purpose by the utility service board, at all reasonable hours, must have free access to all parts of the premises to which water is delivered, for the purpose of inspection and examination of all pipes and fixtures. (Prior code § 33-25)
