13.08.060 Application for water service--Extension not required--Deposits.
   Persons desiring water service which does not require an extension to the distribution system of the municipal water utility shall make application for such service on forms prescribed by the utility service board available in the office of the municipal water utility. Deposits as provided in this chapter may accompany such application. (Prior code § 33-16)
