13.08.040 Meters--Apartment house, duplex flat or double house.
   The municipal water utility may require that customers in apartment houses, duplex flats or double houses be metered separately in cases where a meter is presently installed and consumption is less than combined minimums for all customers. (Prior code § 33-4)
