12.08.020 Elements of thoroughfare plan.
   The official thoroughfare plan of the city shall consist of a map entitled “Thoroughfare Plan”; containing text, tables, illustrations, maps, photographs, and internet links; and the provisions of all other ordinances making up and being a part of the comprehensive plan of the city as the same may pertain to streets and thoroughfares of the city and its jurisdictional area.
