10.56.040 Application and fee.
   Application for a bicycle license and license tag shall be made upon a form provided by the city and shall be made to the chief of police. The license tag shall be a permanent tag and a fee of one dollar shall be paid to the city before each license is granted. (Prior code § 15-128)
