10.48.100 Liability for loss or damage during removal, storage or disposition.
   A.   Neither the owner, lessee or occupant of the property from which an abandoned vehicle is removed nor the police department, is liable for loss or damage to the vehicle or contents of said vehicle occurring during its removal, storage or disposition.
   B.   The police department is not liable for loss or damage to the vehicle or contents of an unlicensed or inoperable vehicle occurring during its removal, storage or disposition. (Ord. 16-2019, 2019; Ord. 2-2014 § 1, 2014; Prior code § 15-184)
