10.48.090 Vehicles left on private property--Complaints.
   Upon complaint of a private property owner or person occupying the property that a vehicle has been left on the property they own or occupy for forty-eight hours or more without the consent of the owner or person in occupying the property, an officer shall follow the procedures set forth in section 10.48.060.
