10.48.001   Purpose.
   The purpose of this chapter is to monitor, control, or prohibit the keeping of motor vehicles:
   A.   Which are abandoned;
   B.   Without current license plates; and
   C.   Which are in inoperable condition, on private or public property and to provide penalties and violations thereof. (Ord. 16-2019, 2019; Ord. 2-2014 § 1, 2014)
