10.40.030 Parking in zone prohibited.
   It is unlawful to park, position or place, or cause to be parked, positioned or placed any vehicle within a marked tow-away zone during the effective time thereof. Any such licensed or nonlicensed vehicle found parked, positioned or placed within the limits of a temporary tow-away zone, during the effective time period of same, may be towed and removed therefrom. (Ord. 2664 § 3, 1978)
