10.40.020 Notification requirements.
   Whenever the street and sanitation commissioner determines that a need exists for the establishment of a tow-away zone to accomplish said purposes, then the commissioner shall notify affected persons in the following manner:
   A.   Information regarding the time, place and commencement of the tow-away zone shall be conveyed to the public news media at least twenty-four hours in advance;
   B.   Legible signs shall be posted along affected streets and rights-of-way by the city traffic department at such intervals of distance as may be appropriate. Such streets shall be marked at least twenty-four hours in advance and shall give sufficient notice to all affected persons. (Ord. 2664 § 2, 1978)
