10.04.080 Duty to maintain unobstructed view.
   It shall be the duty of the owner, the manager and the occupant of the lot or premises abutting upon any corner to keep and maintain across such area the clear and unobstructed view as is provided in Section 10.04.070. (Prior code § 15-10)
