9.28.010 Purpose.
   The purposes of this chapter are the following:
   A.   To provide fair housing rights and remedies in addition to those in Section 9.24.030;
   B.   To provide fair housing law that is substantially equivalent to federal law (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1988).
