The City of Columbus is hereby divided into six councilmanic districts, which shall be known as the First District, Second District, Third District, Fourth District, Fifth District, and Sixth District. These districts are identified as follows and consist of the precincts and areas listed:
A. First District: Precincts 0100, 0300, 2000, 2200, 2300, and 2400.
B. Second District: Precincts 0200, 0225, 0250, 3100, 4450, and 5800.
C. Third District: Precincts 0400, 1500, 1600, 1700, 1900, and 2100.
D. Fourth District: Precincts 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400, 2900, 3550, and 3500 prt.
E. Fifth District: Precincts 0500, 0600, 0700, 0800, 2500, 2600, 3300, 3350, 3400 prt, and 4250.
F. Sixth District: Precincts 0900, 1800, 2700, 2800, 2850, and 3850.
G. Seventh District: At-large.
H. Eighth District: At-large.
I. Ninth District: At-large.
