Unless otherwise set forth in this chapter, anyone found in violation of any section of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of one hundred dollars upon conviction of a first offense. Any person who is convicted of a second or subsequent violation within a one-year period shall be subject to a fine of five hundred dollars. Each day that a violation occurs shall be considered as a separate offense. (Prior code § 18-19)
