8.24.200 Disposal requirements—Paint.
   Paint shall not be placed in a city-owned or a city-approved container with any other solid waste unless it is in a dry state. Once the paint has dried to a solid state, and the lids have been removed it can be placed in a city owned or a city-approved container and disposed of by sanitation crews. (Ord. 09-30, 2009; Ord. 93-9 § 20, 1993)
