8.24.180 Disposal requirements—Lead acid batteries.
   Lead acid batteries shall not be placed in city-owned or city-approved containers with other solid waste and will not be collected by city services. They should be taken by the resident or business establishment to a battery recycling center. (Ord. 09-30, 2009; Amended during 1994 codification; Ord. 93-9 § 18, 1993)
