8.24.120 Home composting.
   Where home composting is practiced, food scraps cannot be applied unless the area being used is surrounded on all sides by a fence or walls to keep out animals. Meat scraps will not be permitted in home composting. (Ord. 09-30, 2009; Ord. 93-9 § 12, 1993)
