3.20.430   NexusPark escrow fund.
   A.   The NexusPark Escrow Fund number 2538 is hereby created.
   B.   Fund number 2538 shall be a continuing, non-reverting, fund that is maintained by the City of Columbus, Indiana Parks and Recreation Department.
   C.   Security deposits received by the Parks and Recreation Department from commercial tenants leasing space owned by the Parks Board at NexusPark shall be deposited in the NexusPark Escrow Fund.
   D.   Funds from the NexusPark Escrow Fund may be used for the purposes provided under I.C. 32-31-3-1, et seq. (Ord. 14-2024, 2024)
