12.20.090 Severability.
   A.   Should any part or provision of this chapter be declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the same will not affect the validity of the chapter as a whole, or any part thereof, other than the part declared to be invalid.
   B.   This chapter will be effective upon its passage by the City of Columbus, Indiana Common Council and any publication required by law. (Ord. 4-2022, 2022)
