A. The NexusPark Fieldhouse Non-Reverting Fund is hereby created and shall be designated as fund number 2537 in the Columbus City Clerk-Treasurer Office.
B. The Columbus City Clerk-Treasurer shall receive, invest and reinvest funds received from all sources and the Columbus City Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to pay from said fund expenses associated with the operating costs and capital investment expenses for the NexusPark Fieldhouse, including, but not limited to: personal services, supplies, other services and charges, or capital expenditures as determined by the Columbus Park and Recreation Board.
