Terms for the voting members of the parking commission shall be as follows:
A. City engineer, police representative and visitors center representative - ongoing.
B. City council member appointee - annual appointment.
C. Columbus redevelopment commission appointee - annual appointment.
D. Mayoral appointee - downtown business owner - two year appointment.
E. Mayor appointee - at-large member - one year appointment.
F. City Council appointee - downtown employee - three year appointment.
