The parking commission shall be composed of eight voting members as follows:
A. City engineer or designee.
B. Police department representative.
C. Columbus visitors center representative.
D. One member of the Columbus redevelopment commission or their designee.
E. One member, appointed by the mayor, should be a merchant owning and operating a business in the defined downtown parking area.
F. One at-large member appointed by the mayor.
G. One member, appointed by the common council, shall be from among its membership.
H. One member, appointed by the common council, shall be a city resident that works in the defined downtown parking area.
