10.60.020 Registration required; fee.
   A.   It shall be unlawful for a person to operate, or cause to be operated, a pedal cab on a street or highway in the city unless the pedal cab first is registered with Community Development as provided in this chapter.
   B.   The annual fee for registration of a pedal cab shall be two hundred dollars annually. (Ord. 29-2019, 2019)
