8.12.140 Gates or barricades.
   The Fire Chief, or his/her designee, is authorized to approve the installation of approved gates or other barricades across fire apparatus access roads, trails or other access ways, not including public streets, alleys or highways. Approved gates or barricades shall be maintained by the property owner. (Ord. 2-2019, 2019)
